- The House –

Great 4 bed house within 5 minutes from the high street. It’s tucked away in a quiet road away from the noise, but close enough to be right in the middle of things. Comes fully furnished throughout, so the house is ready to move in. There is a separate sitting room, pantry, kitchen, decked garden with rear entry and storage shed for bikes. There are three rooms upstairs and one on the ground floor. There is a separate spare box room upstairs that is used for laundry or guests. The house also has a small cellar so there is plenty of storage.

- The Bedroom-

Double bedroom (room 2 on the floorplan) available at £550 per month.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. All the furniture is matching IKEA furniture.

- What’s included? –

The rent is fully inclusive of all bills including, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV license and 300 MB broadband.

The house is fully furnished including things like iron and board, cutlery, hoover etc.

- Current tenants –

There are currently 2 females and 1 male, who are working professionals. The landlord would like to ensure that tenants are happy with who is moving in and have a say in the decision. This is a non-smoking household.
