Double room

Hey,

Im looking for someone to share my flat with. It's located on a quiet residential street that is a 20 min walk from the town centre and a 10 min walk to GCHQ, pub and bus stop at the end of the street. 5 mins from the M5.

It’s on the first floor with its own front door and has a large private garden with a shed and loft space for extra storage. There is plenty of unrestricted on street parking out the front. 600mbs internet included.

Finding the right person to share with is the most important thing for me. Im looking for a flatmate and not just a tenant. I travel / live abroad a lot, often 3-6 months at a time so you would have the place to yourselves a lot of the time.

Im 32 years old, work as an Architect and spend most of my time away in my camper van surfing and climbing mountains etc. I’ll also be spending half the winter away in the Alps this year. I enjoy watching sports and films in the evenings. Ideal flatmate would be chilled out, outdoorsy and the all the standard be clean and tidy stuff! Friendly and quiet neighbours. Really easy place to live all round.
