Refurbished double room near town centre

The room:
We have a refurbished double bedroom for rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and the option of a desk. The property is near the town centre and just a stones throw from Pitville Park. The house has a large shared living room (including hammock!), a kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a garden out the back with rear access and a shed (useful for bikes).
Parking permit available, if required.
We are a couple and will be live in landlords. We have both been in shared rented accommodation for years and would like to think we have an idea of what makes a good house share. We are both full time professionals, working 9-5 jobs. We are pretty relaxed and sociable and look forward to welcoming a new housemate. We are planning to rent out a second double bedroom some time soon. We have a fish tank and a cat which we hope isn't a problem.
