Friendly Houseshare Double room + walk in wardrobe

This is a bright, furnished double bedroom in the center of cheltenham with a single room inc in the price which is being used as a walk in wardrobe.

About the room:
The room will be available from 16th december. Photos to follow!! It is fully furnished. The room is nice and bright with two windows. You will have the main bathroom next door which you share with one housemate.

About the house:
This is a 3 (very large) bedroom house. You will share a main bathroom upstairs with one girl (tamsin). Your bedroom is on the top floor. In the basement is the huge open plan kitchen and living room area, the photos don't show how big it is! We have a huge living space between the three of us and we are often hanging out in the living room watching tv or cooking.
We have sky, great internet and the house is well looked after. We even have a cleaning rota! :D

About us:
I'm alice, I'm 28 and from south wales. I moved to cheltenham two years ago for work. I'm laid back, creative, sporty and love socialising (especially cocktails!).

Tamsin is 30, and is from the local area. She is very friendly and bubbly! And also loves keeping fit and socialising.

We are both very laid back working professionals who take pride in the house and make sure we maintain it well. We work monday to friday, normal office hours and are looking for someone we will get along with to go out with on the weekends and watch crap tv in the evenings.

About you:
You are between 25-35, a working professional who is easy going and fun. You enjoy being social and having a laugh, you are also a tidy and respectful housemate.
