My flatmate is moving out soon and so I am looking for someone to move in on the 14th of March (although move in may be negotiable). The flat is split over two floors and has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom with bath and shower, and a further WC on the first floor. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen has all common mod cons. There is also free parking on the road.

The flat is located a 5 minute walk away from Cheltenham high street and a 20 minute walk from the station. It is also suitably located for commuting to GCHQ, Gloucester or even farther afield. There is a wide selection of supermarkets including nearby large Lidl and Sainsbury as well as smaller shops within a 10 minute walk.

The rent is £875 each month between 2 and then the bills come to around £100 per person.

A bit about me. I'm 23 and easy going, happy to socialise or keep to myself if that's what you prefer. I work in Gloucester Monday to Friday and in the evenings I like to play squash, cook, listen to music and game.
