Room to Rent - Close to Chelt Centre.

The house is close to the town centre; a recently decorated room is available on the second floor within a 5 bedroomed house. The rent is inclusive of all bills and household expenses. The room is furnished with a double bed; plenty of wardrobe space; a desk and chair; a tall book shelf and a laundry hamper. There is a recently refurbished shared shower room with toilet and a recently refurbished shared bathroom with shower over and with toilet. There is a shared kitchen with utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Each housemate has their own fridge freezer. The wireless internet access is BT Infinity and also available is as a 32" screen TV with freeview and DVD player in the shared living room. The shared areas are cleaned weekly with each bedroom being the responsibility of the occupier.

I am a qualified secondary school teacher.

I have no preference with regard to gender, age or profession but I am looking for someone who is fairly tidy, cleans up promptly after they have cooked, is tolerant and accommodating and who is unlikely to want to bring friends home at 2am! I would prefer a non-smoker.

There is no parking available close to the house. There is secure storage available for a bicycle.
