Recently renovated, open-plan property within small private estate 3 miles from Cheltenham city centre, adjoining Cotswold Way and just a short walk from the top of Leckhampton Hill. Excellent walking and running countryside. Excellent access to M5, jct 11A, M4 via A417/9 and A40 via A436.

Bedroom is a large double, furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Adjacent bathroom has bath with overhead shower. The open plan living space has under floor heating and comprises modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area opening onto patio and private garden. There is also a separate utility with washing machine and dryer.

I work full time and my other house mate stays just 2 nights a week. However 2 very friendly dogs rule the roost and sofas. I have a cleaner once a week but expect any tenant to keep their bedroom, bathroom and shared areas tidy.

I happy to be flexible with the duration of stay and will also consider Mon- Fri option. The cost will be adjusted appropriately.
