We are a friendly and tidy couple (both 29) who are looking for someone like-minded to rent this room. Although we are renting the room the tenant would be free to use the house as if it were their own; we want it to be a fun and relaxed environment for all.
The bathroom in the picture although is shared will mainly be yours as we have an ensuite.
