Large double basement bedroom with en-suite

The room for rent in my house is the basement bedroom (all bills included). The house is a 5 min walk from the town centre.

It is nice, warm and dry ventilated double room with a large window to let plenty of light in.

It has an en-suite that includes a shower, toilet and basin.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

As well as a normal radiator there is an extra electric heater and a dehumidifier.

There is permit parking available outside the house.

The rest of the house has been completely refurbished, so the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and living room are all nice spaces.

The kitchen has a large gas range cooker and is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and you will have plenty of space in the cupboards and fridge.

The front room is a very comfortable space to chill out watching TV and there is a wood burner to keep it nice and warm.

There is a back garden/yard with decking where we relax and do lots of BBQ's in the summer.

I live there with my girlfriend and one other lodger, ideally looking for someone who is friendly, laid back and wants to become part of our house :)
