The kitchen and dining rooms are also on the ground floor. The kitchen has the the usual appliances – microwave, washing machine, large fridge-freezer. Plenty of cupboard space. Table & chairs.

The bedroom is on the first floor. It is a large, south facing double room with a small walk in wardrobe. It has recently been decorated so is looking light and modern. The room is unfurnished, whereas the rest of the house is furnished.

There is an upstairs bathroom.

There is a garden/patio area with decking and a large wall mounted bench - a sun trap in the summer.

Looking for someone/a couple who is friendly and considerate. I'd like the house to be kept clean and tidy (within reason), this isn't intended to be a crazy, student party house.
