Seeking weekday lodger (£500 pcm)

Room available from 18/02/2026 for a weekday let (Monday night till Friday morning) but the house is rented for race week around 2nd week of March each year for 1 week so the lodger would need to find alternative Accom that week only, one weeks rent would be deducted that month.

Double bedroom in modern home, fully furnished. All bills included.

The room has a 32” smart wall mounted tv in the room and a lodger would be welcome to also use my Netflix account.

Close to town centre, racecourse and easy access to the M5, also bus’s operate within 30 mtrs from the house.

I’m happy for either male or female lodgers.

I am looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and sociable.

Shared living/dining room (garden etc), WiFi and Netflix.

I have two boxer dogs so lodger would need to be dog friendly, they are both very friendly dogs.

I currently have another male who is lodging on a weekday basis in my single room.
