A friendly semi-detached house for professionals, in the Devon Avenue with easy parking, 5 mins walking distance of Cheltenham Railway station, easy access to Cheltenham centre, GCHQ, 5 mins drive from M5 and frequent buses to Gloucester.

You will share the kitchen with 2 others and each of you will have your own fridge.
There is two other tenants who uses the bathroom and one tenant is only there part of the week and the other tenant full time.

This is suitable for somebody who wants a quiet, tidy place with minimum noise and disturbance from other tenants. The room is not directly next to another tenant, as there is wardrobe separating the rooms.

The kitchen has an oven with separate grill, a dishwasher, your own personal fridge, and there is ample kitchen storage. The house has a separate laundry area with a WiFi enabled tumble dryer and washing machine. There is a floor to ceiling freezer.

There is on-road parking (plenty of spaces) with no parking charges.

There is superfast, 940 MBPS Fiber Optic Broadband, WiFi6 router for unlimited devices, we can provide wired broadband for gamers.

We can adapt the room to suit your needs, e. g. provide a separate sofa, desk, office chair, etc.

The room currently is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, desk and desk chair. 

The housemates are all well educated professionals.

The rent includes council tax, electric, gas, water, and cleaner for shared spaces. We have a regular gardener for the secluded rear garden. We have a regular cleaner, although you need to leave the kitchen clean and clear as you share it with one other tenant.

Deposits are submitted to the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).

The house is licenced with Cheltenham Borough Council and has restricted number of occupants. We have a couple of videos with different configurations of the room.

Please be aware we can change the room layout or change room's furniture to suit your needs. The room has a built-in wardrobe and storage in the attic.
