Description
By light user, we meaning somebody who does not make much use of the kitchen because there is not a lot of rooms for three full time cooks.
This is a small room in a downstairs flat which will take a double bed if required. It has a wardrobe, desk & office chair and chester drawers. It is ideal if you want to be in an extension away from the main house. You share the bathroom with two other flatmates. The bathroom is next door to this room.
There is an outside garden which can be either accessed through the window (the window is a special fire exit which allows you to step through), or through a side gate of the property.
Optionally, there is also a shed for additional storage space and a second shed to store a bike which is situated at the front of the property.
The house is currently occupied by one female and one male, both independent, quiet people, and very mature (mature means housemates are over 30 and being respectful of the house and keeping the shared areas clean).
We can change the furniture as required to suit your needs, e. g. replace single bed with a double bed, changing the desk & chair. However, the wardrobe and chester drawer will need to stay. Furniture is normally sourced from IKEA.
All bills are included i. e. council tax, heating, lighting, and broadband.
The Boiler is on a annual repair contract.
The property is close to the Railway Station and Tesco's Supermarket.
There is ample parking in the street with no charges as it is in residential area.
There are no pets are currently in the flat, however, the room could accommodate a cat only, no dog, There will be an additional charge of £20 a month if you bring a cat.
