Double Room in family home in centre of Cheltenham

We have a well furnished double bedroom on the lower ground floor of our regency home in the centre of Cheltenham. Our no-through road is very close to the high street, gym, restaurants, shopping, parks and all facilities.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and corner cupboard. There is a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom on the floor which is available for your use. There is also a small courtyard garden for you to use with seating that can be accessed from the kitchen.
We are a professional couple with grown up children who are often visiting their home and there is one cat in the house.
We are looking for a professional person who is happy to fit in with the household and can provide references.
