It’s also a 20 min walk/6 min bike ride to the centre of town or Bath rd.. Parking is easy to find. This is a clean, tidy and quiet house and so if that’ appeals to you my home should be perfect. The house has a large comfortable lodgers living room with a huge Tv with Netflix.. Live in Owner has separate floor and en-suite as well as separate living room. There is a wonderful large garden with outdoor furniture /hammock to enjoy too. FYI There is a friendly cat in the house.
