We're looking for new housemate to move into this awesome home. The entire place has just been refurbished and converted into a 4 bedroom with 4 en-suites house and eat-in kitchen. There is a garden and we have 1x assigned parking space to rent out but you are allowed to park on the street permit free (the parking space is extra and subject to availability).

Room 1 - The room is priced at £600 ex bills of £150 pcm, so every month you’ll be paying a total of £750pcm (all bills inclusive).
Room 3 (Ensuite):

Located on the 2nd floor, this spacious room comes with a lovely view of GCHQ and the sunny garden, 2x bedsides, a faux leather double ottoman bed (which has storage underneath) a large 1.0m double door wardrobe and a tall chest of drawers. Finally it is also supplied with a desk and a chair so you can work from home.
House:

The house has a large amount of living space considering there are only 4 other housemates. Everyone also has great sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space, and a desk with a chair.
So everyone has their own place to retreat to. There is a cosy lounge and the kitchen comes with a large dining table and four chairs (not in the photo due to delayed delivery).
In addition all bedrooms have their own bathroom. In summer you walk into the garden from the kitchen and can work from home in the garden (when there's nice weather) :)
We have supplied 1Gbps business broadband and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing an additional two access points (one per floor). All tenants can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working from home at the same time which is crucial.
The Area:

Cheltenham has an amazing city centre and there are regular events. The house is a short walk from nearby shops, and restaurants although the larger shops are a drive away (5 minutes). The property is close to the motorway and is ideal for either commuting or for working at GCHQ.

We proivde a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).
