Double bedroom (with ensuite and parking )

Double bedroom (with ensuite and allocated parking) in a beautiful part of Cheltenham surrounded by fields - whilst only being 1 mile from the city centre.
My future flatmate will have usage of a large double bedroom with an en-suite as well as a 24ft lounge / kitchen area. An allocated off-road parking space and a secure (shared) bicycle garage is also included.
My prefferred flatmate is a professional with a full time job (or uni) and is respectful and likes to keep things tidy.
References will be required as this is my first time renting out a room. Don’t be scared to contact me if you don’t have a reference though, as I am open minded and happy to have a chat instead.
About me - I’m an accountant during the week and spend my spare time doing deliveries for just eat / Deliveroo / Uber. Therefore I don’t spend much time at home! I’m an early riser (or at least try to be), and would consider myself a friendly, easy to get on with individual. I have a piano which I regularly use and would be cool to be flatmates with another musician!
