Separate office which can be used for working from home meetings by arrangement.

The room for rent is a large double with ensuit, currently furnished but furniture could be removed if requested.

Garden is South facing sun trap and includes Hot Tub

Bills included.

House is occupied by myself and no other rooms will be rented out.

Would consider mon to Friday rent at a reduced cost

Would consider well behaved, house trained pets - with additional reasonable cleaning charge.
