Huge room with a lot of wardrobe soace

I’ve an enormous and beautiful double bedroom with stunning views of the surrounding hillside. The bedroom is part of a very attractive and comfortable 5 bedroomed 1930s house that’s located in lovely Leckhampton. There are two very comfortable and cosy living rooms, one for the owners and other to be shared by the tenants. The shared kitchen/dining room is huge with plenty of cupboard space and everything one could need for all types of cooking. . You’d be sharing with two friendly and easy going house mates. and live in who has his own floor/living room. I am looking for an easy going, friendly and considerate tenant who enjoys living in a clean and tidy house( helps keep it that way) but also works full time. The Lodger’s room is hoovered x2 weekly.
