I’ve an enormous and beautiful double bedroom with stunning views of the surrounding hillside. The bedroom is part of a very attractive and comfortable 4 bedroomed 1930s house that’s located in lovely Leckhampton. There are two very comfortable and cosy living rooms, one for the owner and another be shared by the tenants that boasts a huge tv/netflix. The shared kitchen/dining room is huge with plenty of cupboard space and everything one might need cooking/dining. You’d be sharing with two friendly and easy going house mates and landlord who has his own floor/living room. I am looking for an easy going, friendly and considerate tenant who enjoys living in a clean and tidy house. Your room is hoovered x2 weekly. Plenty of parking to be found and nearest shop/pub is 2 mins walk away and theres a park at end of the private road.
