Looking for a lodger

Good size room with a single bed in available from 1st of Feb. This is not a shared house, so you'd share the house with me only(it's a two bedroom house from a private landlord). Easy access to the motorway and main roads, close to the Gallagher retail park, gyms and shops, also Springfield park is 2mins away. Allocated parking space and plenty of free parking on the street.
