Large double bedroom close to train station

Hi, looking for a house mate for my spare room. It’s a very nice large regency house close to the train station and good access to the M5. Ideally looking for a professional. Male or female is fine. I’m very easy going and so far have had a very good experience in renting my spare room out. I think it’s important that we ensure that we are compatible as house mates.
