Furnished Double Room With Own Bathroom

Hey there,
I am looking for a fun loving person who would like to occupy my spare room. The room is fully furnished with a super king size bed and build in wardrobe and comes with its own bath room.
The room also has a desk and chair which are not shown in the pictures.
The flat is in a completely new development in a quiet cul-de-sac and all neighbours are super friendly.
I live in the flat as well and the kitchen and living room would be shared spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dish washer as well as a washing machine/tumble dryer.
There is WiFi access in the whole flat and the TV in the living room has Netflix as well as Sky Entertainment.
The flat is close to the town centre and some of the best pubs are just a short walk away. We are also next to the Honeybourne Line which is great for jogging and cycling. Both, train station and coach station are in walking distance.
From time to time there will be dogs in the flat as I sometimes look after my boss’s and friends’ canines.
On street parking is available.
Ideally I am looking for a fun and active person.
