We have a nice newly decorated mid-sized double room in a spacious well-designed 4-Bedroom Cheltenham townhouse, that is available for rental towards the end of August.

This is a relaxed friendly professional house-share; everyone works long hours during the week & like to relax after work & at the weekends, sometimes with a few glasses of wine or a good movie.

The room has nice views into the large mature rear garden and has recently been renovated to a high standard.

Included with the room is; an expensive wooden bed with a comfortable pocket sprung mattress, an Antique mahogany chest of draws, a built-in double wardrobe with lots of storage space that features 2 full length mirrors, a small computer desk with chair & tasteful paintings.

Also included in the monthly rental is a dedicated Virgin box featuring over 600 channels on their XL package.

You will have shared use of the bathroom with 2 others which has a newly fitted Mira Sport Thermostatic Power Shower for instant adjustable hot water.

The recently renovated house has lots of space throughout with a high standard of decor & art. It features a spacious front room with very comfy sofas & a 50inch Plasma HD TV with Virgin's XL package.

The kitchen has just been completely re-fitted using expensive Granite/Oak surfaces/hi-quality cupboards & fittings.

The newly fitted kitchen also features a brand new top of the range 'Rangemaster' double oven cooker, Miele fridge, dish washer, Belfast sink & microwave.

If you would like to smoke it's outside only, which is the same for all house-mates. We like to keep the inside of the house fresh & totally smoke free.

The large mature private rear garden is South-facing & features many rare plants & trees, a large pond plus a built-in BBQ & Swing.

There is free unrestricted parking outside the house, which is secure & available at all times.

We also have super-fast fibre optic 200mb wireless Internet, a large loft for storage & the train station/shops are 5mins walk.
