- Furniture can be replaced or removed depending on tenant's preference.
- Private terrace area to hang up clothes or go up to the garden
- Kitchen and living room upstairs will be shared
- Washing machine and dryer available for use.
- Dishwasher available for use
- Bills included in payment

This house will be shared with my parents, both of whom are aged 60+. We are looking for a kind, tidy and considerate roommate to live with our family.
