It has a new boiler and is fitted with a smart meter. There is a shared living area with a TV and ample seating, and an airing cupboard.

I am a live-in landlord (work in healthcare business). I work a lot and so really value living in a clean and peaceful environment and am looking for a like-minded lodger :)

The bedroom has lots of natural light, and has a new radiator so heats up quickly. It is fully furnished with:
