Description
The house is quiet and peaceful, with it's own private entrance. Lounge is well lit with a big bay window. Also your own desk in bedroom or in the lounge, so you can work in or outside your bedroom. Very large garden at the back with a big table so can work outside or a summerhouse to work under cover when it rains. I work quietly.
It's in a retirement neighborhood so its location is optimised for convenience (older people like convenience) with all amenities nearby.: i. e. it's just opposite a co-op, cafe, hairdressers, charity shop and post office. 3 minutes walk from a Morrison's, pharmacy, library, opticians, dry cleaners and pub. School opposite. Quick distance to town.
My flat has a workshop for any bike repairs and an attic for storage. Home gym equipment at the flat rather than travelling to gym. Car parking is ok.
So, the flat and neighborhood is designed perfectly for convenience and time saving.
I keep tidy and well organised. I own the place so a broken cupboard or oven gets fixed by me with my DIY same-day.
So overall this is a very convenient and well organised flat, peaceful with no drama.
I'm an outgoing guy but got lots to do at the moment so i'm keeping to myself these days.
I decorate the place as my own home, so it probably looks a bit nicer than most rented apartments (e. g. solid oak antique furniture rather than Ikea, set piece decorations and artwork etc).
My last 2 housemates were:
1) A final year masters student from India studying programming.
2) A final year masters student from Pakistan studying structural engineering.
Another student or a busy working professional or couple would also be ideal.
• Council tax included (Band A)
• All bills included
• Washing machine
• Bath with electric shower
• Fast FTTP broadband
• Fridge and freezer space
• Home gym equipment available
• Covered secure bike storage
• Attic storage available
• Convenient local post office, Morrisons, Coop
If it sounds good for you, give me a call or message 😊
