Double room for rent in Cheltenham

Hi there!

I have a spare double room I am renting in Benhall, Cheltenham close to GCHQ, within easy access of the M5, on a cul-de-sac opposite Benhall park. The area is a quiet, family area with a pub, convenience shops and cafe all within a 2-minute walking distance and Cheltenham town a 5-10 minute drive away (depending on traffic!)

The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 chest of drawers and built in cupboard space to hang clothes.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single with a spare fold out bed) and 1 bathroom. I am only renting the second double. There is a huge garden and garage, plus parking on the drive. You’d be living with just myself.

A bit about me: I work from home (my office is in London so I travel down occasionally but I’m at home most the time). I do have family around the area so I usually visit them on weekends. I am health conscious and love yoga, travelling, going on walks, gardening and plants…the house is full of plants!

I am very clean and tidy so would expect you to keep the communal areas clean and respect the house. As I work from home, I would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home too but it’s not a deal breaker! No couples or smokers/vapers please :)
