The existing housemates work shifts, including nights, so would be looking for a new housemate in similar circumstances or understanding of keeping noise to a minimum during the day when others are working nights.
The house has a shared living room, eat-in kitchen with sliding doors to a good-sized lawned garden.
The house is run by a professional and experienced landlord, who is accredited by the NLRA and prides themselves on delivering a good service and a well-maintained house.
