I’m a 30 year old Doctor looking to rent out my spare room. It’s a single room in a garden flat overlooking Montpellier Spa Gardens. There’s an allocated built in wardrobe and full use of living room/kitchen/bathroom/outside patio.
Bills are included. A weekly cleaner and car permit also included.
My flat is very central with easy and walkable access to town, the Suffolks and Pittville Park.
Both Montpellier and Imperial gardens are on our doorstep with lovely cafes/bakeries/restaurants.
I’m often away at the weekend and looking for a tidy, respectful lodger. I would consider pets.
