Stunning apartment in prestigious location

Stunning and newly decorated, fully furnished large apartment on The Park (Tivoli / Montpellier / Bath Road all easy walking distance).

The apartment itself is actually a 2 bed. However, I currently only use it as a crash pad around 30 days a year. The rest of the time the flat is empty which is a bit of waste.

The flat rental value is in excess of £2,000 per month, so I’m exploring interest in renting it as a 1 bed apartment, with me keeping the second en-suite bedroom for the occasional times I’ll need to be in town. The rest of the time (about 330 days a year you will have the flat to yourself and essentially be getting one of the highest spec flats in Cheltenham (as multiple agents have told me) for a knock down price.

I am a clean freak, and it’s absolutely crucial that whoever applies keeps the place is pristine condition, as it currently is. I can’t stress this enough.
