Large double unfurnished room for professionals in Cheltenham (GL51). 15 min walk from town centre, 10 mins to train station, easy access to Honeybourne line and 5 mins to Tesco.

Hi everyone! I’ve got a large double room become available. It’s super spacious and has large mirrored sliding wardrobes. The room will come unfurnished. I’ve got a few bits already in the house but as my previous housemate and I have a few shared things we may need to add in a few bits! It’s a super lovely house with a lovely spacious bathroom and a cosy living and dining room. There is a small patio/garden with a shed for storage outside. There is permit parking directly outside the house or free parking just 20m around the corner (which I use).
House already has a washing machine and fridge.

Move in date would be 1 July 2024.

Bills normally come to as follows:
- Rent total £950 total (split)
- Council tax £136
- Water £50
- Electricity and gas £90 (less in summer)
- TV Licence £30
- WiFi £30
So in total you’re looking at around £675ish

The lease is done directly through the landlord now so no annoying estate agents! Unfortunately no pets allowed as required by the landlord.
Just to make it known that you will be co-signing a contract with me which will be 12 months minimum then moves onto a rolling monthly contract.
References are required for the landlord.

A bit about me: I’m Hannah and I’m 25 years old. Im originally from South Africa but have lived in the UK for the past 7 years now, 2 years have been in Cheltenham. I’m a veterinary physiotherapist and work 5/6 day weeks with occasional Saturdays. I love going out for drinks and a good night out but equally also love a movie night in when I’ve had a hectic work week. I’m looking for someone who is very like minded who won’t just be a housemate but also more of a friend as well! I’d ideally like another professional female, age range 23-28. I love to cook, am very clean and considerate. Ive just started running which I’m really enjoying, bonus if you’re a runner too (I need some help with motivation at times haha). I’ve done my fair share of house shares over the last few years, some have been great and some not so great so have a pretty good idea of how things work!
