This would suit a professional person looking for somewhere nice to stay whilst away on business from their own home and who appreciates the comfort of lodging in someone’s private home.

There is very easy access to GCHQ, M5, M4 and M40. It is within walking distance to the hospital, town centre, railway and coach stations.

Located just off Bath Road, Leckhampton with many local shops, restaurants, pubs and bars nearby, making it a pretty and safe place in which to be based.

There is shared use of the bathroom and cooking facilities. Free street parking. Must like cats!

£500.00 per calendar month, cash payment. Two weeks’ deposit in advance.

Available for short contracts too, minimum one month to e. g. 2-3 months.
