Spacious double room to rent in the heart of Suffolk Square. Perfectly located for access to the A40, M5 and A417. Walking distance to some of Cheltenham finest dining and social establishments. The flat is on the doorstep of the Suffolk Market that takes place on the last Sunday of every month.

The room and flat will be furnished - bed, mattress, bedside tables, lamps, large built-in wardrobe and a washing basket. The flat benefits from happy amounts of natural light from the sky lights. The 2nd floor flat is
very secure and set back from the street.

On street parking and a designated place in a private parking area we could share.

The shared areas include the spacious bathroom, living room and kitchen. These are deep cleaned by me weekly. I will also provide salt, pepper, loo roll, kitchen roll and all cleaning products. Some useful shared items will include: an air fryer, nutribullet, coffee grinder, cafetières and a moka pot.

I have an Amazon Firestick with all the apps.

The room is available from the 1st of December 2025.
