Lodger(s) / House Sitter(s) for amazing home

Beautiful home with ensuite double bedroom available from end of August for 6 months.

We will be travelling so our home and garden will be solely yours to enjoy and look after.

This is a unique opportunity to live in our special Cheltenham home – professional couples or single applicants are encouraged to come and view and chat with us to make sure this works for both parties.

The massively attractive fee/occupancy contribution covers insurances and the costs and bills to run the household and is in return for committed and active participation in caring for our home.

This home is not suitable for ‘casual, hands off’ lodgers.

Lodgers / House Sitters welcome to host occasional guests in the spare room(s) by agreement.

An attached but separate self-contained annex will be in use during some weekdays by our regular AirBnB guest.

(Our sons may require the occasional stop off / short stay, but this will be agreed in advance of arrival.)
