Female roommate wanted for large 3 bed house

Myself (42F) and my husband (39M) live in a large 3 bedroom house in Pittville area and are looking to rent out our large spare room to a female room mate from Nov-July approximately.

We have experience renting out our spare room and have previously had the same lodger return for additional stays and have just had a very successful lodger arrangement with someone new for the last year.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one upstairs with as bath and one downstairs with a shower, 2 living spaces - one with a log burner, the other with a large open plan kitchen with underfloor heating; a full utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a very large south facing garden with patio. The house is in a very quiet residential street with lots of on-street parking which is free and we are close to Pittville Park and a 20 minute walk into the town centre.

The spare room is furnished with a king size bed, bed-side tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and has a lovely south facing aspect.

Bills, broadband and TV subscription services are all included in the rent.

We would consider a Monday - Friday lodger for a reduced rate. Get in touch if this could work better for you.

We also have an 9 year old spaniel called Mick who adores people and cuddles.

We're very chilled out people. We both work full time in professional careers in education. We love to be outdoors and are often hiking around the Cotswolds with Mick. We love to see friends and are both big readers and keen on sport, fitness and love a board game night.
