Cheltenham City Centre - LF Flatmate

Hi,

I'm currently looking for a new flatmate to move in with me starting as early as October 9th onwards to replace my current flatmate who is moving to London for a job opportunity.

The flat is about as central as you can get, being located right on the high street. However, unlike other properties, the entrance is located off the high street, offering more privacy.
With it being so central, the outside noise can often be loud during evenings and nights, so please take this into consideration. The flat is a two bed, one bathroom with a combined kitchen/living room space. The bedroom will not be furnished, however all other spaces will be, including appliances. Parking is tricky, as there is technically free parking around the backside of the property, but it's a bit of a free-for-all, which is why I haven't listed it as a definite.

The cost of renting is listed as £500, which does not includes rent, electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi, which totals to about £180. There is also a £500 deposit fee to cover damages etc. Electricity cost might fluctuate up and down, usually depending on season (summer lower, winter higher).

In terms of what I'm looking for, I would like someone of similar age to live with, that is likeminded. I enjoy drawing, listening to music, cooking and playing videogames in my free time.
