This is a well kept modern house built to a high standard located in the town centre within walking distance tp Waitrose (2 min), JD gym (5 min) and high street (5 min). (no expensive taxis on nights out)

There is a lovely courtyard which catches the sun throughout the day and a modern kitchen/living room with separate toilet and utility rooms and a dishwasher.

Council tax is band C (low band) and spit between other tenant.

The current lodger is a professional male who I have lived with previously and is respectful and welcoming, I will try my best to arrange a time for you to meet him on viewing.

Currently parking is shared between housemates on a week on week off basis but there is a residential permit with the property and plenty on parking around. (i have never had any trouble)

Being a new house energy costs are low and internet is fast.

I'm after a respectful tenant who is clean, tidy and preferably is looking for something longer term. (6 months plus)
