Hello, we are James & Ika (pronounced 'ee-ka') - a friendly mixed nationality married couple living in Cheltenham. Ika is Indonesian so this would suit another female from South East Asia, China, Korea or Japan, with a similar attitude to cleanliness and tidiness. We are looking for someone to join us from early January until the end of June (short term lets also considered). We are currently refurbishing and upgrading the house (there will be some DIY but no major work taking place while you're here). It is warm and comfortable and the double room available has recently been redecorated, and all furnishings, fittings and bedding are provided. The rent includes all bills (including council tax and super fast broadband). There's a small but nice garden in the back and a lovely park nearby. The location is very convenient for Cheltenham with 5 mins walk to Montpellier, 15 mins to the train station, 10 mins walk to Bath Road shops, 15 mins walk to the town centre.
