Located in a lovely area and only £600 PCM

This is a two bed flat located in a lovely part of Montpelier. I am advertising one room shown in the pictures that comes unfurnished but we have brought a lot of the furniture. I am happy to leave the bed frame if needed but the room for rent comes with no other furniture. There is only one parking spot allocated but we fit two cars end on end easily. The rent is 1200 but between two rooms so 600 each and all the bills are split down the middle. WiFi 15 each, water 13.50 each, house Insurance 10 each, council tax 70 a month each with gas and electric 95 each (subject to change depending on usage). I am sad to leave this tenancy but I aim to move closer to work and reduce my commute.
