Double Room by Cheltenham Racecourse

A high spec refurbished house located in Pittville close to the Racecourse. Other rooms are taken by like-minded sociable professionals. A viewing is required to appreciate the property. Contracts terms are for 12 months minimum.

Each room comes furnished with a bed with storage and a built-in/freestanding wardrobe. Fast WiFi reaches all rooms reliably.

To secure a room, a non-refundable £100 holding deposit is required. This will go towards the first month's rent should you move in. Please note, a deposit of one months rent is also payable on move in.
