A very large double ensuite room, with own bathroom, furnished will become available from 16th of April 2025
You will be sharing the house with only 2 tenants who work full time from Monday-Friday. Each tenant has their own bathroom
The house is within walking distance from Tesco superstore, Waitrose, JDGym, and less than 10 mins walk to Brewery Quarter and town centre.
If you own a car, there is plenty of parking space on the street in front of the house, however you will need a parking permit or you can use the garage.
There is a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room with appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, hob, toaster and 3 fridges ( each tenant has their own fridge)
There is a small garden and a garage.
Rent for the room is £475 +£70 bills ( more or less) each month.
