Double room in Up Hatherley, close to GCHQ and M5

Hi! I’ve got a lovely double room available in my newly renovated terraced house. You’d be sharing with just me – I live here alone at the moment and would love to find someone friendly and respectful to share the space with.

The house has a cosy shared living room, a modern kitchen and a shared bathroom. There’s also a garden plus an allocated parking space for your vehicle in a private car park.

The room comes fully furnished with a storage bed, large wardrobe, and bedside table.

A bit about me: I work in the emergency services, so my hours can be a bit varied, including some night shifts. Outside of work, I’m into the outdoors – walking, running and finding good coffee spots in town.

I’m open to short or long-term lets and happy to consider Mon–Fri arrangements too if that suits you better.
