The flat is modern and very central with it being a 5/10 minute walk into town. Close to shops, gyms and restaurants.
Ideally I am looking for a tenant with similar interests. I work 9-5 in Cheltenham so have very chilled evenings by going to the gym or watching tv.
Weekends are very varied with the occasional odd night out. I do spend every other weekend at my boyfriends so you would have the flat to yourself on those weekends.
I’m a very sociable girl and would love to find a new friend as well as a new tenant!
