Double room in peaceful location, close to town

A small double room suitable for single occupancy in a quiet mid-terrace house, 10 minute walk into town.

The house is occupied by the live in landlord, 30 y/o female professional and her friendly cat, Brian (see last photo).

The room is snug, with a view of cleeve hill between the houses opposite. The house has one shared bathroom downstairs.
The shared kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas oven and hob. House has gas central heating.

I am quiet although will often have (not loud!) music playing when I'm in the house. I work out of the house Mon-Fri so any lodger is free to make use of an 'office-come-wardrobe' that is adjacent to their room, equipped with a monitor.

I am into running, the outdoors and socialising with friends. Happy for a lodger who wants to join on activities or keep to themselves.

Any lodger encouraged to make the house their home, and welcome grow things in the garden, play piano etc.

On-street parking is available at just £127.35 per year or £10.62 per month, at the expense of the lodger.
