Double room with en-suite on quiet street

Welcome to a lovely second-floor double room in a clean and tidy house on a quiet road.

The room has an en-suite with shower, a small desk, and lots of storage space with two double wardrobes, chest of draws, bedside tables, and draws under the bed. The room has views of trees and Leckhampton hill and black-out curtains for when darkness is preferred.

The house is large, with two lounges, a kitchen-diner, conservatory, and utility room with downstairs loo, as well as a garden with a summer house and a garage.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac where there are un-reserved parking spaces and the private garage can be used to store a bicycle. There is a co-op a few mins away, Bath Road, Montpellier, the station all about 20 min walk away. There is a beautiful park at the end of the road with a lake and ducks and geese.

I live here too, with my bedroom and separate bathroom on a different floor to the one being rented. I also have an office room. So there is lots of space for just two people.

I love spending time outdoors and getting close to nature, as well as playing various sports and meeting up with friends. I work in corporate sustainability and nature connection and often work from home as well as also going away for work and pleasure. I would like a housemate who appreciates a clean and tidy house, is friendly and likes a laugh, and who is also happy to do their own thing in terms of meals etc.
