2 spare rooms in a house (non-hmo) with two girls

My current flatmate and I are looking to stay in our current tenancy but need two other girls to move in. We are sociable, enjoy occasional flat dinners, watching shows, going to the pub or playing cards but equally are busy professionals and away doing our own things. Both rooms are very large doubles, the house has two bathrooms and shared kitchen and living space. It’s in a great location near JD gym with good access to town, and the train station. There is permit parking available, however many roads less than 1 minute walk away are free to park on. For more info please get in touch
