The house is fully furnished, shared living room, basement, kitchen and bathroom with a large garden and on-road, free parking on neighbouring streets.
All bills are in the cost of the rent, which includes gas/electric, water, internet, contents insurance, TV license and council tax (band B).

We are very chatty and social people and work full time. We have hobbies such as aerial arts, comicon, going to the gym, seeing friends and raising houseplants. We also love animals and have a friendly corn snake in one of the bedrooms.
We keep the house clean between us and would expect the same from the right person to move in.
We are a LGBT+ friendly house, so someone who respects these values are paramount.
