Hi! My housemates (female, 24 & male, 22) and I (male, 24) are looking for a 4th person to move in with us from 4th August :) we’re a sociable group who’re keen to spend time together, but also enjoy our own company.

The available 2nd floor double bedroom is spacious, fully furnished, includes a built-in wardrobe and has exclusive access to a Juliet balcony. The large windows/doors allow for plenty of natural light, and the room is on the same floor as the main bathroom.

The house is incredibly well-located, being only a 10-minute walk from the town centre, 20-minutes from the train station and retail park, and across the road from both Tesco and a JD Gym.
