I'm looking for someone to take over my daughter's tenancy for a room in this friendly mixed house in Cheltenham. Rent is £120 per week, including all bills, but WE ARE HAPPY TO PAY ALL RENT FOR THE WHOLE OF AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. This is a student house, but non-students of a similar age will be considered. Note, this room is for SINGLE-OCCUPANCY ONLY. The landlords are a family run business, and are extremely helpful and pro-active at sorting out problems.
