The flat is in a very calm and safe area by Pitville Park and the Cheltenham Racecourse. The communal areas are all furnished with new furniture I recently acquired. Furniture for your room will be needed though (can use the sofa bed as temporary bed).

I’m a young professional, mostly working from home with the occasional international trip for work. I’m very easy going and happy to socialise in shared spaces, as well as being respectful of each other’s own needs/space. I love playing and watching sport. Being tidy, trustworthy, and a good communicator is a must.

This is to takeover from previous flatmate’s tenancy, she sadly has to leave due to personal reasons.
